This Sea-Elf is a regular at the Old Captain’s inn. She seemed to have taken a bit of an interest in the party, specifically Gwydion’s connection to Granny Ealswyth.

Charlotte Ross is the admiral’s wife. She grew up in the city of Ross and is of common birth. She’s the admiral’s fiercest supporter and one of the few around him who see his idealism as a virtue and not as a flaw. Charlotte is distrustful of Archibald.

Aron is a Regular in the old captain’s inn. The party knows little else about him.

Wila is Krauger’s daughter, she helps him out in his inn when available. She works as a guard for hire in the port district to protect private warehouses and cargo.

Captain Krauger is the inkeep of the Old Captain’s inn in the port district in Ross. This aged sailor has retired after a long history on the open seas.

History:

Krauger started his carreer decades ago as a deckhand for the Arkadian merchant fleet. He later defected, becoming a pirate and eventually captain of the Golden Dawn. When Admiral Ross became governor he gladly accepted a pardon and retired to open his inn. He now uses his experience and connections to aid the admiral in an unofficial capacity, not unlike the party.

The mysterious, and ambitious assistant of admiral Ross, Archibald Alner is hard to read. His goals and ambitions may be unknown, but the party knows something is going on with this cocky halfling.

Admiral James Ross is an Admiral of the Arkadian navy, senior noble of the Arkadian Empire and governor of the Golden Coast province of the Empire. In Arkadian parliament he’s one of the few nobles who see the Golden Coast as an equal part of the Empire, and not just as an area to exploit. He employed the party to aid him in his ambitions to prove parliament his way to make the province prosper might be more valuable then brute force.

History:

The party has learned bits and pieces of lady Bath’s history in their investigations. Elizabeth was the last member of the Arkadian house of Bath and had lived in the city of Ross her whole life. At some point she moved to Nidoras to be wed, where she had a daughter named Eleanor. After a couple of years Eleanor got sick and died. The despair caused by the loss of her daughter pushed Elizabeth to attempt to bring her back. For years on end Elizabeth tried and failed, driving her more and more crazy. Unbeknownst to her however her experiments had worked, leaving Eleanor to walk the Golden Coast once more.
