Lilith is one of the children affiliated with the Ruxeth Thieves Guild. She seems to be a magic user of some sorts. She’s close to Nathaniel and her younger “brother” Phil.

Ivan is a member of the Ruxeth Thieves Guild and acts as their fence. This tabaxi sells stolen goods both within and outside of the city walls. He does not seem to take part in the Guild factionalism.

Felicia Moreno is the treasurer of the Ruxeth thieves Guild. She seems to be only close to Thorunn, who is very jealous over her, and her Fellow Nidoran Viktor Krev.

Gwyddion recognized her as the runaway daughter of Nidoran councelor Lord Marcus Moreno.

Dubhe is a member of the Ruxeth Thieves Guild. She’s part of the group Ham identified as the Shadows. She seems to be close to Nathaniel, who is a fellow member.

Ham managed to figure out Dubhe seems to be in need of some type of potion to survive, Thorunn has apparently cut her dry and she won’t last much longer.

Zenith is co-owner and innkeep of the Forbidden Fruit Inn in Ruxeth. She is often the first and only friendly face one encounters in the city. She wishes for Ruxeth to become a place where people like to come and visit.

Aphelia is the co-owner of the Forbidden Fruit Inn in Ruxeth. She’s a stern and intimidating presence making sure the inn and her sister are safe. Her exact ties to the Thieves Guild are not known to the party.

Billy Arnold is a regular in the Old Captain’s inn. Judging by his uniform he’s an Arkadian redcoat and thus part of the navy. The party has not spoken with him thusfar.

Lara Allyn was to be the Governor of Ruxeth, but was reported missing a few days after her arrival. She stayed at the forbidden fruit inn and paid well in advance. She was taken by the thieves Guild. The party is unsure about her fate afterwards but suspect her to be imprisoned in a submerged cell of some sort.

Abigail Higgs is a regular at the Old Captain’s inn. She’s the captain of the port district guard and was aiding Willis on his investigation of the Beast of Ross in her spare time. She seems to be the most level-headed of the city guard officers.

Captain Willis is a regular of the Old Captain’s inn. He’s the captain of the lower city guard and was tasked to solve the murders attributed to the “beast of Ross”. He owes the party for resolving the case and letting him take credit. He seemed eager to know Gwyddion’s name. He shares a close bond with his colleague Abigail Higgs.
