Admiral James Ross is an Admiral of the Arkadian navy, senior noble of the Arkadian Empire and governor of the Golden Coast province of the Empire. In Arkadian parliament he’s one of the few nobles who see the Golden Coast as an equal part of the Empire, and not just as an area to exploit. He employed the party to aid him in his ambitions to prove parliament his way to make the province prosper might be more valuable then brute force.
History:
The admiral grew up in the city his family founded ages ago and fell in love with the Golden Coast and its many cultures. He is loyal to the empire, but wishes to incorporate the many cultures of the coast rather than wiping them out in a forceful attempt to bring order and peace.
